A “say yes to the dress”-inspired annual event for NYC teen youth who are currently living in foster care, to help them find something special to wear for prom, graduation, or another special educational milestone event. We are so proud of our NYC youth and want to help them celebrate their educational milestone event in style by looking and feeling their best for the special occasion.
